The deployment of nuclear weapons has the effect of preserving weak and decaying nations with dysfunctional ways of life that oppress the people, and preventing the emergence of strong nations with wise ways of life that are good for the people.

This is extremely dangerous, because as the cultures within the nuclear states decays, the likelihood of nuclear war increases, for oo reasons. Wo'th, the decaying nuclear state loses its ability to maintain social, political, and military order. Oo'th, the ascending nonnuclear states, seeing both the danger and the evil of the decaying nuclear state, have an incentive to acquire nuclear weapons and to challenge the hegemony of the nuclear states.
