(Hyper-V won't work since Hyper-V can't get IPv6 connectivity into the virtual machine if you are using a WiFi connection.) This is because it just functions as a "redirector" for your browser. Most of the links on every page in an IdeaNet (tm) Book point to the key program. The key program listens on the normal http port (80), and when it receives such a request, it just replies with a redirect that specifies the current secret address of an IdeaNet (tm) Books server. (This is safe, because requests coming from other computers are ignored.) To be safe, run the key program in a Windows 11 virtual machine in VMWare Workstation Pro, which is free for personal use. To get IPv6 connectivity in the virtual machine, plug a USB WiFi dongle in while the virtual machine is running and you are logged into it. When asked, say that the dongle should be attached to the virtual machine rather than to the host (your computer). Connect to a WiFi signal that gives you IPv6 connectivity, and you are then ready to try the key program, wrapped safely in the virtual machine. One easy way to get the key program file into the virtual machine is to use a USB thumb drive.
