A California nonprofit religious membership corporation. The mission of IFO is to promote unselfish living. This is pursued by organizing face to face "eat together" groups, called "villages", worldwide. Such villages can be faith-based, hosted by religious faith communities, and limited to persons who embrace and practice a particular religious tradition. But a village can also be secular and open to all persons regardless of religious belief and practice. All villages must be open to persons of all races. The common element is that every participant is committed to living unselfishly in community with others who have made the same commitment.
