In the beginning, our ancestors wandered alone, hunting in the darkness of night. We then began to wander in groups so that if one was attacked, the others could fight or run. Over time, these groups became tribal villages, with gender (man/woman) and age (child/adult/elder) roles. Within each tribal village, the men created order, and the women created the village. The Evil Establishment was born with the innovation of empire, with men who imposed order on a geographic scale larger than a single village.
