Incentives and trust:

I want you to become my student, and you will want to know that I am worthy of trust. An economist approaches such "wants" by creating incentives. To get as many people as possible to decide to be my student, I have worked, and will continue to work, very hard to create a compelling incentive for you to do so. Ditto for trust. As you read, focus on incentives by keeping these questions in mind:

  1. Has Wo'O Ideafarm expended a lot of time, effort, and money to create the IDEAFARM.COM website and the California corporation that he has organized?
  2. Has Wo'O Ideafarm made himself accountable for his actions?
  3. Will he make more money by being a scoundrel or by delivering on his promises?
  4. What do I have to gain by studying his teachings and becoming his student, even if his teachings turn out to be wrong?
  5. What do I have to lose by not doing so, if his teachings turn out to be right?
