Open the file named like "ideanet.key.[number].bat" and then read the text that is displayed.
When prompted, type "ok" (without quotes) and then press and release the Enter key.
If you have unlimited data privileges (no metering), then type "f" (without quotes) and then press and release the Enter key.
Type "b" (without quotes) and then press and release the Enter key.
Verify that "Synchronizing..." is displayed, followed by symbols indicating connections being attempted, possibly enclosing numeric error codes.
If the program dies, check the root folder of drive C: for a plain text file named "log.exception.txt" and, if you find such a file, please email it to us.
If the symbol pairs stop appearing approximately every second, please report that to us via email.
If numeric error codes continue to appear, verify that you have IPv6 connectivity and, if so, please email the error code values to us.
